Sunday 10th August we launched both ribs from Gelliswick to travel across to Skokholm. Summer so far has been excellent and after we crossed the swell at St Anne’s Head had a very calm trip across to Skokholm.
Every body on board had a glorious day with plenty of sunshine, excellent visibility, an abundance of seals plus the odd remaining puffin to make the day memorable.
It was in fact so warm that some decided as well as diving they would use the opportunity of such good visibility to do a little snorkelling as well.
The seals ambled down the rocks to come and play in the water and study their visitors too. With conditions as good as this, there is no where else in Wales you would rather be.
